Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active jetbas account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent a restriction — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions on jetbas are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
All bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified at the point of offer. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. jetbas reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer found to be accepted in bad faith or in violation of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetbas login credentials. jetbas will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for maximum security. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

To access the full range of jetbas services, you must register a single personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple welcome bonuses or inadvertently — are prohibited. If jetbas detects multiple accounts associated with the same person (identified by matching name, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If your contact information, payment method, or any other registered detail changes, you must update your account profile promptly or notify our support team at [email protected].
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetbas username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform; (b) enable two-factor authentication via SMS OTP where available; (c) log out fully from shared or public devices after each session; and (d) never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
jetbas will never request your password through any channel — including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from jetbas and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You accept full financial responsibility for all activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. jetbas will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.
All financial transactions on the jetbas platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. jetbas reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your jetbas account dashboard. These limits may vary based on your account verification level, transaction history, and the specific payment provider's own restrictions.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering control. jetbas targets withdrawal processing within 2–5 business days from the point of approval, though actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment provider. jetbas is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical outages outside our control.
All funds deposited into a jetbas account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. jetbas may request proof of payment method ownership at any time, and failure to provide this may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
jetbas does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. You are advised to check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating any transaction.
jetbas offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise include: (a) bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, or device; (b) bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus or associated winnings is permitted; (c) bets placed using bonus funds on restricted games or markets specified in the offer terms will not count toward wagering requirements; (d) jetbas reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion.
jetbas reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations. Players found to be systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play may have their bonus eligibility permanently restricted.
All casino game outcomes on the jetbas platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by our licensed game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Nolimit City. In the event of a technical error, system fault, or communication failure during a game or betting session, jetbas reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where possible, the player's account balance will be restored to its pre-round state. jetbas's decision on technical fault resolutions is final and binding.
Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section. In-play bets are processed at the odds displayed at the exact moment of acceptance; delay between placing and acceptance may result in a different price being offered, which you may accept or decline.
jetbas is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. jetbas strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals who are currently self-excluded, regardless of whether the exclusion was initiated by the player or by jetbas. Attempting to open a new account while subject to a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above only. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbas platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
jetbas employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with payment providers, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies to investigate and act on suspected fraudulent activity. Any balance in a suspended account will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if fraud is confirmed.
All content on the jetbas platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game assets, odds data, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jetbas or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the jetbas platform or its content without the express prior written consent of jetbas. Scraping odds data, game outcomes, or any other platform data for commercial use is expressly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbas, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain account security; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or (d) any betting or gaming decisions made by you on the platform.
The jetbas platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jetbas's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jetbas collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.
jetbas will never sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for them to perform services on jetbas's behalf and is governed by data processing agreements that bind those providers to appropriate confidentiality and security standards.
jetbas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jetbas operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to our support team as a formal complaint.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
